Imagine sailing into Sydney harbor at sunrise, dinner in the Namibian desert or climbing Jacob’s Ladder in St. Helena. The possibilities are endless!
Travel has always been a part of my life. Our family of seven moved often throughout the US and Mexico due to my father’s career as a hotelier. After studying business/tourism at CU Boulder, I traveled for the first time to Europe and spent the summer in Spain. Travel had become my passion, so I joined a 5-star luxury cruise line working onboard a one-of-a-kind catamaran ship. The Mediterranean and Caribbean destinations impressed me and I learned first hand about luxury cruising.
After four years on board, an opportunity to travel on land and experience hotels and resorts across the US and Canada presented itself. A few years later, though, I was drawn back to life at sea and joined another luxury cruise line (one of the best in the industry today). As Tour Director onboard, I experienced worldwide destinations, provided VIP treatment to guests and worked alongside crew members from 24 countries. I immersed myself in the world of tours, planned exclusive events, organized unique private arrangements and enjoyed meeting individuals from every walk of life. In 2006 I married a wonderful Italian man, a cruise ship Captain who shares my passion for travel. We live most of the year in Calabria, Italy and spend a significant amount of time in the US.
For the past 25 years, I have enjoyed sharing my travel experiences and assisting others in planning their trips. I am fortunate to have visited over 100 countries and speak English, Spanish and Italian. As travel advisor and owner of LatitudeGeo Travel, my mission is to create exceptional travel experiences with memories to last a lifetime.
